Processing Time

Orders ship within 2–5 business days of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.

United States

• Free U.S. Shipping on orders $50+ — arrives 5–8 business days after shipping.
• Economy U.S. Shipping on orders under $50 — $4.90, arrives 5–8 business days after shipping.
• Priority U.S. Shipping — $6.90, arrives 3–4 business days after shipping.

International Shipping

• International Standard Shipping — flat $15 USD to every country we ship to, arrives 7–21 business days after shipping.
• DHL Express — calculated at checkout, typically arrives 1–3 business days after shipping.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders are shipped with duties unpaid. Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST or brokerage fees charged by your country are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are collected by your local carrier on delivery. Baepsae is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Baepsae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and secure at checkout.
