Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. During drop launches, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–8 business days after fulfillment. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. International orders typically arrive within 10–21 business days after fulfillment, depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or carrier fees required by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and may be collected upon delivery. Baepsae is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Baepsae is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure at checkout.
