Thank you for shopping with BAEPSAE. We design limited edition oversized graphic tees, baby tees, crop tops, and hoodies made for expressive style and streetwear culture. Because every BAEPSAE drop is intentionally limited — once it sells out, it's gone for good — we ask that you read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

All sales are final. Due to the limited edition, made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges on any order once it has been placed.

WHY ALL SALES ARE FINAL

BAEPSAE operates on a limited drop model. Each collection features a small number of pieces that are produced in limited quantities and are not restocked once sold out. Many of our oversized graphic tees, Y2K baby tees, and streetwear hoodies are made to order specifically for you — meaning production begins as soon as your order is confirmed.

Because of this unique production process, we cannot accept returns, process refunds, or facilitate exchanges for reasons including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect size selection, color variation between screen display and physical product, or buyer's remorse.

We strongly encourage every customer to review our sizing chart before purchasing. Our oversized tees run in a relaxed, boxy streetwear fit, while our baby tees and crop tops are fitted and true to size. Choosing the right size upfront ensures the best experience with your BAEPSAE piece.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

While all sales are final, we stand behind the quality of every piece we produce. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was pictured on our website, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To request a refund for a damaged or defective item:

1. Email hello@baepsae.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Include your order number in the subject line.

3. Attach clear photos showing the damage or defect.

4. Describe the issue in detail.

Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days. If your claim is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement item at no additional cost, depending on availability. Please note that because our drops are limited, a replacement in the same size or style may not always be available. In that case, a refund will be issued.

Refund requests submitted after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for review. Timely notification is essential due to the made-to-order nature of our products.

WHAT DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR A REFUND

To keep things transparent, here is what is not covered under our refund policy:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are no longer in original condition
  • Orders where the wrong size was selected by the customer (please use our sizing chart)
  • Color variations due to differences between screens and physical fabric
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse after purchase
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received (these are handled directly with the shipping carrier)
  • Items purchased during a sale or promotional event
  • Gift card purchases

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed on baepsae.com, it immediately enters our production queue. Because of this, we are unable to cancel or modify orders after they have been submitted. This includes changes to size, color, shipping address, or any other order details.

Please double-check all order information — especially your size and shipping address — before completing checkout. If you are unsure about sizing, refer to our detailed sizing chart available on every product page.

SHIPPING ISSUES & LOST PACKAGES

BAEPSAE is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit by the shipping carrier. Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, the responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or anyone who may have accepted the delivery on your behalf
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim or open an investigation
  • If the issue remains unresolved after contacting the carrier, email us at hello@baepsae.com and we will do our best to assist

For packages that show no tracking movement for 30+ business days, please contact us and we will work with you to find a resolution.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered — for example, a different size, color, or product entirely — please contact us at hello@baepsae.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item received. We will arrange to send the correct item or issue a refund, depending on availability.

PAYMENT & REFUND PROCESSING

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.

If a refund is approved for a damaged or defective item, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. BAEPSAE does not control bank processing times.

Refunds are issued in USD only, regardless of the currency used at checkout.

CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

We ask that customers contact us at hello@baepsae.com before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank. Many issues — including damaged items, shipping delays, or order questions — can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting BAEPSAE may result in delays in resolution and may affect your ability to place future orders with us. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly when customers reach out directly.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS — REFUNDS & RETURNS

Can I return my BAEPSAE order if it doesn't fit?

No — all sales are final. We recommend checking our sizing chart before ordering. Our oversized graphic tees have a relaxed streetwear fit, while baby tees and crop tops are fitted and true to size.

What if my oversized graphic tee arrives damaged?

Email hello@baepsae.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. If approved, we'll issue a full refund or send a replacement.

How long does a refund take to process?

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Can I exchange my baby tee or crop top for a different size?

We do not offer exchanges. Because our drops are limited edition and made to order, we encourage you to consult our sizing chart before purchasing.

Do you restock sold-out items if mine arrives damaged?

If a replacement is available in your size and style, we'll send one at no cost. If the item has sold out, we'll issue a full refund instead.

Will I get a refund if my package is lost in transit?

BAEPSAE is not responsible for packages lost by the carrier after shipping. Please contact the carrier with your tracking number first. If the issue persists, reach out to us and we'll help where we can.

Can I cancel my BAEPSAE order after checkout?

No — orders enter production immediately and cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. Please review your size, color, and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
