Thank you for shopping with BAEPSAE. We design limited edition oversized graphic tees, baby tees, crop tops, and hoodies built for expressive streetwear style. Every order matters to us, and we want you to know exactly what to expect from the moment you click checkout to the moment your piece arrives at your door.

Because BAEPSAE operates on a limited drop model — where each collection is produced in small, intentional quantities — our shipping and fulfillment process is designed to keep every piece exclusive while getting it to you as quickly as possible. Depending on the product, pieces may ship from existing inventory or be fulfilled on demand to keep drops truly limited.

Domestic U.S. orders: 3–7 business days. International orders: 15–30 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders placed on baepsae.com begin processing immediately after purchase. Depending on the product, your piece may ship from existing inventory or be produced on demand — either way, every BAEPSAE item is part of a limited run and will not be restocked once it's gone.

Orders are processed in the order they are received. During new collection launches, high-demand drops, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volume. We appreciate your patience during these periods — the wait is part of what makes every BAEPSAE piece worth it.

Once your order enters fulfillment, you will receive a confirmation email or text notification letting you know your item is being prepared for shipment.

SHIPPING TIMES

United States — Domestic Shipping

Orders shipped within the United States typically arrive within 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and fulfilled.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier's schedule, and any unforeseen delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier volume.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time beyond the standard 3–7 business day estimate.

International Shipping

International orders typically arrive within 15–30 business days after processing and fulfillment.

International shipping times vary significantly depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and local postal service efficiency.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. BAEPSAE has no control over customs processing times or fees.

We currently ship internationally to select countries. If your country is not available at checkout, it means we do not currently offer shipping to that destination. We are continuously expanding our international shipping options — follow us on TikTok and Instagram @ilovebaepsae for updates.

FREE SHIPPING

Your first order ships free — no minimum purchase, no code needed.

Free shipping on your first order applies to all domestic U.S. orders placed by first-time customers. No code required — it is automatically applied at checkout.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination. Free shipping promotions may be offered during special drops or events — subscribe to our email list to be the first to know.

ORDER TRACKING

Every BAEPSAE order comes with tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

You can also check the status of your order at any time by logging into your account on baepsae.com and visiting your order history. If you checked out as a guest, your tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to update. Carriers sometimes experience a delay between package pickup and the first tracking scan.

Tracking not updating?

If your tracking number does not show any movement after 7 business days (domestic) or 14 business days (international), please contact us at hello@baepsae.com with your order number and we will investigate.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

BAEPSAE partners with trusted shipping carriers to deliver your order safely and efficiently. Depending on your location, order size, and product type, your order may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL for international shipments.

The specific carrier for your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout. BAEPSAE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize you entered the wrong shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@baepsae.com. While we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered fulfillment, we will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet shipped.

Orders returned to BAEPSAE due to an incorrect shipping address may be subject to additional shipping charges for re-delivery. In some cases, re-delivery may not be possible if the item has sold out and cannot be reproduced.

P.O. BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES

We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States via USPS. Please note that deliveries to P.O. Boxes and military addresses may take additional time beyond our standard domestic shipping estimate.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, the responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier during transit. BAEPSAE is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged by the carrier after they leave our fulfillment center.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors, roommates, building management, or anyone who may have accepted the delivery
  • Check around your front door, porch, mailbox, or any secure delivery areas on your property
  • Wait 24–48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before the final delivery attempt
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim or investigation

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Email hello@baepsae.com within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Our team will review your case and work with you on a resolution within 1–3 business days

Note: BAEPSAE operates on a limited drop model — once a style sells out, it will not be restocked. We cannot guarantee replacement of sold-out items in the event of a lost, undeliverable, or damaged package.

For packages showing no tracking movement for 30+ business days, please contact us and we will work with you and the carrier to find a resolution.

HOLIDAYS & PEAK PERIODS

During major holidays, new collection drops, and peak shopping seasons (including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the December holiday period), processing and shipping times may be extended due to increased order volume and carrier delays.

We recommend ordering early during these periods to ensure your BAEPSAE pieces arrive when you need them. Specific holiday shipping deadlines will be announced on our website, email list, and social media channels ahead of each major holiday season.

Please note that BAEPSAE does not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Once an order is placed on baepsae.com, it immediately enters our fulfillment queue. Because our products are produced in limited quantities, we are unable to modify orders after they have been submitted. This includes changes to size, color, quantity, shipping address, or shipping method.

Please double-check all order details — especially your size and shipping address — before completing checkout. If you need help choosing the right size, refer to our detailed sizing chart available on every product page, or contact us at hello@baepsae.com before placing your order.

MULTIPLE ITEMS IN ONE ORDER

If you order multiple items, they may ship together in one package or separately depending on fulfillment timing and product availability. Each shipment will include its own tracking number, which you will receive by email.

If you receive a partial shipment, don't worry — the remaining items in your order are still being fulfilled and will ship as soon as they are ready. You will receive a separate tracking notification for each shipment.

SHIPPING COST RESPONSIBILITY

All shipping costs displayed at checkout are final. BAEPSAE does not add hidden shipping fees or surcharges after checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by their country's customs authority upon delivery.
